  3. How We Helped an Orthopedic Clinic Build Trust…

Project overview

When we started working with this orthopedic clinic, they were well-known among their existing patients but struggled to attract new ones beyond referrals. Despite having a strong reputation in their field, their online presence wasn’t generating enough inquiries or appointments.

Our goal was clear, to establish a strong digital presence, make the clinic easily discoverable online, and connect them with people actively searching for orthopedic care in their city. We wanted to create a system that not only brought in consistent appointment inquiries through digital ads but also built long-term trust and credibility for the clinic.

Challenges & constraints

One of the first things we noticed was that very few orthopedic clinics in the area were running digital ads. While that opened up space for quick visibility, it also meant we had no local benchmarks, no tested keywords, audiences, or ad performance data to work with.

We had to start from scratch, experimenting, learning, and adjusting in real time.
Another challenge was building trust through advertising. Healthcare decisions are deeply personal, and patients don’t convert instantly. Our messaging had to educate and reassure, not just promote.

We also needed to make sure all campaigns stayed compliant with healthcare ad policies, avoiding exaggerated claims while still being persuasive enough to drive results.

Projects solution

To meet these goals, we built a well-structured advertising system focused on three key stages: Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.

To meet these goals, we built a well-structured advertising system focused on three key stages: Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.

1. Google Search Campaigns – Capturing High-Intent Patients

We started by identifying high-intent search terms like “orthopedic doctor near me,” “joint pain specialist,” “fracture treatment,” and “bone clinic.”
These campaigns were location-targeted to a 10–15 km radius around the clinic, ensuring that only people who could actually visit saw the ads.
We optimized for both call inquiries and direction clicks, focusing on driving in-person consultations rather than online conversions.

2. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Building Awareness & Recall

Next, we launched a series of awareness ads showcasing the clinic’s key treatments — such as joint pain care, knee replacements, and physiotherapy support.
The tone of the creatives was empathetic and trust-driven, highlighting recovery stories and the doctor’s experience.
Retargeting ads followed up with people who had visited the website or interacted with posts, encouraging them to take the next step — booking a consultation or calling directly.

3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization

We refined the clinic’s landing page to align with the ad messaging.

  • Added clear call-to-action buttons for direct calls and appointment booking.

  • Featured doctor credentials, patient reviews, and treatment success stories for credibility.

  • Improved page speed and mobile experience to avoid drop-offs.

4. Real-Time Optimization

Throughout the campaign, we continuously monitored lead quality, engagement rates, and cost-per-result. Underperforming ad sets were paused, and budgets were shifted to better-performing ones. This agile management helped us maximize reach and maintain a strong cost-efficiency ratio.

Results

Within 3 months, the clinic experienced a clear and measurable transformation:

  • 80% increase in total appointments compared to the previous quarter.

  • 60% growth in local search visibility (calls, map clicks, and direction requests).

  • Consistent inbound inquiries from both Google and Meta ads.

  • Strong improvement in brand recognition — new patients began mentioning they “found the clinic on Google.”

The campaigns created a steady funnel of genuine patients, allowing the clinic to reduce its dependence on offline referrals and grow organically through digital visibility.
